Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

All direct bookings are handled through Stripe, our secure payment system.

  • Time of Payment: The the total reservation amount is charged 14 days prior to the arrival date, on the credit card provided by the guest at time of booking. 
  • Security Deposit: 
    • Apartments 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 301, 305, 306:

      A $300 security deposit will be placed on your account as a hold (not a charge), one (1) day prior to check-out. This will be released up to 7 days after checkout provided that there are no damages to the apartment or any violation of house rules.

    • Apartments 302, 303, 304, 307:

      A $500 security deposit will be placed on your account as a hold (not a charge), one (1) day prior to check-out. This will be released up to 7 days after checkout provided that there are no damages to the apartment or any violation of house rules.

Cancellation Policy

Short stays (less than 30 nights): Reservations can be cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to check-in. If guests cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund (minus processing fee of 3.75%) will be issued to the credit card used for payment. After that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Long Stays (31+ nights): Any reservation of 1 month or longer can be cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to check-in. After that, no refund can be issued except for the cleaning fee 

Length of stay: please note that no refund can be issued if a stay is shortened after the arrival date.
