What we are doing to ensure your stay with us is as safe as possible

As the current situation continues to unfold, we have been closely watching the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that all of our health and safety measures are up to standard. Below you learn more about everything we are doing from handwashing hygiene, to providing hand sanitizer, to ensuring our cleaning services and procedures are in compliance with regulations and guidelines.



Apartments

  • Rooms can be accessed via keyless smartlocks
  • Hand sanitizer is provided in all rooms
  • Our five-star housekeeping company is in compliance with regulations and guidelines. Each apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each guest
  • All linens are washed at a very high temperature in a state-of-the-art laundry facility.
  • All employees are required to wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site
  • During cleanings, we ensure that there is no interaction between guests and staff
  • We have removed any items from the apartments that are unable to be cleaned and disinfected (i.e. decorative pillows, game boards) 

Common Areas

  • All guests and staff are required to wear masks in the common areas
  • Our five-star housekeeping company is in compliance with regulations and guidelines and cleans and disinfects all common areas.
  • All keypads and doorhandles are disinfected every two hours.
  • To limit contact between guests and staff, we also offer self check-ins via smartlocks.
  • Hand sanitizer provided in lobby

Long Stays

  • If your stay with us is over 14 nights, your apartment will require a mid-stay clean and will be subject to a cleaning fee.

Nashville Restrictions

Nashville Public Health Updated Order – Effective 03.27.2021, as Nashville reached 20% vaccination:

– Bar & restaurant capacity: Socially distanced, cap of 175 people per floor 

– Indoor gatherings: limit increases to 10 people without Health Department approval required.

– Bar counters: Maintain social distancing; no capacity percentage cap.

– Restaurants and bars: Hours now extended to 2:00 a.m.

 – Indoor dining: Party size to 10 people, consistent with 10-person indoor gathering size guidance.

– Outdoor dining: Party size to 25, consistent with 25-person outdoor gathering limit.

– Indoor conventions:  Large, low-risk conventions can have up to 2,000 people with Health Department approval.

– Outdoor stadium capacity: Now at 33 percent.

– Events and “transportainment”: Working hours now extended until 2:00 a.m., consistent with restaurant and bar hours.

– Salons and personal contact businesses: Now at full capacity with masks required.

– Museums and attractions: Groups of up to 10 allowed

– Gyms: Gyms can now open with 75 percent capacity

How we can all do our part

  • Masks are required in all common areas by both guests and staff
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of a fever, stay home. If you have already arrived at our hotel, then please stay in your room and call the front desk immediately

  • Wash your hands as frequently and often as possible. The CDC recommends washing your hands for 20 seconds using soap and warm water
  • Properly dispose of used PPE so that our staff or fellow guests do not have to 

  • If you cough or sneeze, please do it into your elbow or a napkin
