Mason Lofts at West End is a contemporary boutique Aparthotel in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, offering month-to-month fully furnished condos with flexible check-in and checkout dates. The 3-story building is conveniently located in the West End neighborhood – offering the quiet and calm of a residential neighborhood, yet only 9 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown.
Mason Lofts is the perfect place if you are looking for temporary housing, or to explore Music City and decide if you would like to live in Nashville more permanently. Everything is included in the monthly rent: gym access, dedicated parking spots, linens, furniture, equipment and hotel amenities, access to the business lounge with printer and monitor.

Choose one of our 14 bright, spacious apartments with high ceilings, minimalist design, eco-friendly amenities, in-unit laundry, working desks, and high speed wifi. Move easily from one apartment to the other if your needs change. All apartments are equipped with keyless locks, state-of-the-art appliances, smart TVs, high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace – making it the perfect urban sanctuary for families, couples, and executives.

Compost
Mason Lofts partners with Compost Nashville to transport waste locally and create usable compost to sustain and create local growth.
- Compost Nashville uses composting practices which accept all food scraps. This means, yes you can throw meat, cheese, bones, etc. in your room’s compost bin!
- All paper products offered, from tissues to paper towels within each unit, are compostable!”
Checkout Item Donations
We accept and take item donations at the end of your stay to lessen our collective environmental impact, but also to support Nashville communities in need.
Efficient Waste Pickups
Through constant communications with our waste haulers, we schedule pick-ups efficiently so that the minimum amount of trips possible are scheduled. One of the ways we constantly monitor and lessen our environmental impact
Waste Auditing
Our staff continues to perform waste audits to better understand how our guests dispose of their materials, so Mason Lofts can better provide services to collect those materials in an environmentally conscious way.

Our operations and offerings are constantly changing and we are excited to build upon what we currently offer to consistently improve our sustainability practices! Mason Lofts’ zero waste efforts does not account for outside waste brought in by guests.

Edible Garden
Our edible garden is a passion project of our staff. We share these edible treats with our guests! During your stay, feel free to grab some herbs for cooking or a quick snack.

Rain Gardens
All roof rainwater runoff is captured and channeled into rain gardens around the property.
Bike Rentals
Mason Lofts also offers bike rentals for bopping around the West End area. Not only are these bikes emission free, but they have been bought second hand from Nashville community members, eliminating waste
